Our Certified Quality Inspection ensures that your used vehicle will be in top condition when you buy it. Just to make sure, we provide you with a Limited 30-Day Warranty.

Limited Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty is mechanical breakdown coverage. If any of the parts identified below (the "System Covered") breakdown, then for a period of 30 days from the date the Vehicle was purchased (the "Warranty Period"), Prospect Auto will at no charge repair or replace any such part(s). Mechanical breakdown coverage applies to the Covered Parts listed in the next section plus related labor, but certain exclusions apply (see Exclusions From Coverage section below).

Customer must notify Prospect Auto of the failure of a Covered Part within the Warranty Period. Repairs will be made with parts of like kind and quality. It is expressly understood that replacement parts and/or components need not be new, but may be used or rebuilt, which will be guaranteed serviceable. A "breakdown" or "mechanical breakdown" means the failure of any original or like replacement part covered by this Limited Warranty to work as it was designed to work in normal service. However, reduced operation or reduced performance due to normal wear and tear shall not be considered a breakdown within the meaning of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not constitute a written affirmation of fact or promise by Prospect Auto that the material or workmanship of the vehicle, or any parts thereof, are free of any defects or will meet a specified level of performance over a specified period of time.

This is the only express warranty made by Prospect Auto. No other warranty of any kind is made unless expressly provided herein. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Prospect Auto shall not be liable for any damages relating to loss of use of the products, loss of time, inconvenience or commercial loss, or any other incidental or consequential damages. All warranties are extended only to the original customer. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON RELIEF SUCH AS INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Prior written or oral statements, negotiations, communications or representations regarding warranties have been merged into or superceded by this warranty writing, and if not included in this warranty writing, they shall not be binding. This is the total agreement about any and all warranties relating to the product warranted hereunder. This Limited Warranty Brochure is a part of the Buyer's Order, and as such is supplemented by the Buyer's Guide.

Engine: lubricated parts; intake manifolds; engine block; cylinder head; rotary engine housings; ring gear

Transmission: case; internal parts; torque converter

Drive Axel: axel housings and internal parts; axle shafts; drive and output shafts; universal joints

Brakes: master cylinder; vacuum assist booster; wheel cylinders; hydraulic lines and fittings; disc brakes calipers

Steering: gear housing and internal parts; power steering pump; valve body; piston

Water Pump

Externally mounted mechanical fuel pump

Note: covered parts do not include the secondary drive axel on vehicles, other than passenger vans, mounted on a truck chassis.
